Where Psychological Depth Meets Real-World Practice

With an MSc in Psychology (Training & Development) from the University of Amsterdam, I combine psychological depth with energetic, real-world practice.

Through Arathy Training, I regularly deliver trainings, team workshops, and live roleplay simulations via training agencies and client partners such as Bravely, alongside running my own cross-company Internship Accelerator Academy.

• MSc Training & Development (UvA) — ACT, MBCT & Positive Psychology
• Trainer & Training Actor — Facilitating via training agencies (Bravely & fellow bureaus) and directly for organizations
• Founder of The Internship Accelerator Academy — Accelerating interns into confident professionals
